Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only if your order has not yet been assigned, started, or delivered. Once work has started on your resume or any related service, the order becomes non-refundable.
If only part of your order has been completed, any refund will be limited to the portion of services not yet delivered, at our sole discretion.
We do not offer refunds based on personal preference, changes in job search plans, delayed communication from the client, or dissatisfaction after final delivery. However, if you are unhappy with the work, we encourage you to contact us so we can review your concerns. In some situations, the most effective solution may be to have another writer review the completed work and make reasonable revisions where needed.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed after we review your request. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the date your refund is approved for processing. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
